Conditions for Exchange:

• The product is damaged, stained, defective or incomplete.
• The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
• The product is unwashed and not used in any way.
• The product is in its original and undamaged packing (carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).
• The product received does not match the size ordered.
• Fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that:
• The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 07 working days.
• In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Altered or Make to Measure orders CANNOT be refunded or exchanged, however in case of incorrect measurement further adjustments in alterations will be made.
