2. Pricing Policy

PATHAAN reserves the right to change product prices at any time. If an incorrect price is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Prices may vary for customised orders and may differ between online and in‑store purchases. Membership cards are not applicable to promotional items.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Customised orders require a 50% advance payment and receive priority processing. If selected fabrics or trims become unavailable, we will offer alternatives or refund the advance payment.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within two hours of placement. Orders cannot be cancelled once prepared for dispatch. Customised or made‑to‑measure orders are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

5. Changes to Terms

PATHAAN reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
